These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Careery OÜ, a company registered in the Republic of Estonia, (hereinafter "Careery"). By accessing, browsing, or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
Modifications to Terms
Careery reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to periodically review these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By accessing or using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Services
Careery provides a variety of career-related services, including resume writing, job application assistance, interview preparation, salary maximization, and tailored consultations and more. These services are subject to these Terms and any additional terms provided at registration.
Payments and Refunds
All payments made to Careery for our services are non-refundable. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing digital services that are delivered immediately upon payment, and therefore no refunds will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to, all subscription fees, one-time service charges, and any other payments made to access our services.
Non-Transferability of Services
Your job search program and associated services are personal to you and cannot be transferred, assigned, or shared with any other person. Each subscription or service package is tied to a single user and their specific career goals and qualifications. Any attempt to transfer or share your access to our services with others may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
Service Accuracy
By proceeding with our service, you acknowledge and understand that while we process and apply to a large volume of relevant job positions on your behalf, and while we maintain an extremely low error rate, we cannot guarantee complete absence of errors. We are committed to continuously improving our processes and systems to deliver the best possible service to you. If you identify any errors or issues with your job applications, please contact us immediately at hi@careery.pro so we can promptly address and correct them, as well as enhance our service quality for your job search success.
Email Access Authorization
By using our email shortlisting service, you explicitly authorize Careery to access and read emails in your designated email account that are related to job applications and recruitment processes. This access is necessary to provide our shortlisting and organization services effectively. We will only access emails that are relevant to your job search and career-related communications. You can revoke this access at any time by changing your email settings or contacting us at hi@careery.pro. Please note that revoking access may limit our ability to provide certain services.
User Data Accuracy
By using our services, you guarantee that all information you provide, including but not limited to your personal details, work experience, education, skills, and qualifications, is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure its accuracy throughout your use of our services. You acknowledge that any false, outdated, or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your account and services.
Job Application Authorization
By using our services, you explicitly authorize Careery to act as your agent in submitting job applications on your behalf to potential employers. This includes but is not limited to sharing your resume, cover letter, and other relevant professional information with prospective employers. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided and that you grant us permission to represent you in initial application processes. You may revoke this authorization at any time by contacting us at hi@careery.pro.
