1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CyberFruit Lab - FZCO (hereinafter "Careery"). By accessing, browsing, or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
2. Modifications to Terms
Careery reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to periodically review these Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By accessing or using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
4. Services
Careery provides a variety of career-related services, including resume writing, job application assistance, interview preparation, salary maximization, tailored consultations, and other related services. These services are subject to these Terms and any additional terms provided at registration.
4.1 Research and Anonymized Signals
Careery may use aggregated and anonymized signals derived from your use of our services to conduct internal analysis and to publish research and benchmarks (for example, response-time distributions, usage trends, or other statistical insights). We do not publish research in a way that identifies you, and we do not include your personal identifiers in any published research.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload (resumes, cover letters, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your content to provide our services.
5.2 Our Content
All AI-generated feedback, reports, and recommendations are owned by Careery. Our platform, technology, and methodologies are protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Payments and Refunds
6.1 Payment Terms
All payments for Careery services must be made in advance. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital services that may be consumed immediately or over time, depending on the type of service purchased. You expressly authorize Careery to charge the payment method you provide for all amounts due in connection with your purchase or subscription.
6.2 General Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are generally final and non-refundable. This policy applies to:
- Credit purchases and credit bundles
- Subscription fees and recurring charges
- One-time service charges
- Any other payments made to access our services
Once payment is processed and services are initiated or access is granted, credits are considered consumed and the transaction is generally final. This policy is in place because our services involve the use of resources, including but not limited to AI processing, platform access, and administrative overhead, which are consumed upon service delivery.
6.3 Credit Expiration and Usage
Credits purchased are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase (typically 12 or 24 months). Unused credits expire at the end of the validity period and are non-refundable. Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded once purchased.
6.4 Subscription Cancellation
6.5 Dispute Resolution and Chargeback Policy
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account
- Forfeiture of all credits, subscriptions, and purchased services
- Additional fees to cover chargeback processing costs
- Permanent ban from using Careery services
You acknowledge that chargebacks initiated in bad faith or without a legitimate basis may constitute fraud and may be subject to legal action. Careery reserves the right to dispute any chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery, authorization, and your acceptance of these Terms.
6.6 Service Delivery Confirmation
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have received and reviewed the service description, pricing, and terms before making payment. Services are considered delivered when: (a) payment is processed and confirmed, (b) access to your account and services is granted, (c) credits are added to your account, or (d) subscription services are activated, whichever occurs first. You agree that receipt of access credentials or account activation constitutes delivery of the purchased services.
7. Non-Transferability of Services
Our services are personal to you and are non-transferable. You may not transfer, assign, sell, or otherwise dispose of your account, subscription, or any rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without our prior written consent. Any attempt to transfer your account or services in violation of this provision will be null and void and may result in immediate termination of your account.
8. Service Accuracy
9. Email Access Authorization
10. User Data Accuracy
By using our services, you guarantee that all information you provide, including but not limited to your personal details, work experience, education, skills, and qualifications, is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure its accuracy throughout your use of our services.
11. Job Application Authorization
12. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

- Impersonating another person or entity or misrepresenting your identity
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts
- Using automated systems to access our services without authorization
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of our services
- Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.
13. No Guarantee of Results
Careery provides job application assistance services, but we do not guarantee that you will receive job offers, interviews, or employment as a result of using our services. Job placement depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: your qualifications, market conditions, employer preferences, competition, and economic factors. 14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAREERY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
18. Third-Party Services and Links
Our services may integrate with or link to third-party services, including but not limited to job platforms, email providers, payment processors, and AI service providers (such as OpenAI). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We disclaim all liability arising from your use of or interaction with any third-party services.
