VISA_CLASS = H-1B and CASE_STATUS = Certified only. Certified-Withdrawn, Withdrawn and Denied excluded.
One unique CASE_NUMBER per LCA, not workers, jobs, visa petitions or visa approvals. Later releases take precedence.
Fiscal years refer to DOL disclosure reporting periods, based on determinations, not necessarily filing dates.
Median of reported wage range lower bounds, annualized in USD: hour x 2080, week x 52, bi-weekly x 26, month x 12, year x 1. Missing, nonpositive or unknown-unit wages excluded. Not actual pay or a promised salary.
Primary worksite state in the main disclosure file; additional worksites are not included.
Uppercase, punctuation removed, ampersand replaced with AND, whitespace collapsed. Legal suffixes preserved; subsidiaries are not merged.
Job-title regex matches, not SOC classifications. A filing can match multiple role families; role totals must not be added together.
Latest RECEIVED_DATE among included certified H-1B LCAs, not the decision date.
