JobHire.ai's homepage promises an interview invitation at your dream US company in 15 days. Its own reviews page still says that if no invitation comes, "we refund the full subscription."
The refund policy dated July 17, 2026 says something else.
Before entering a card number, which promise can you rely on?
The Verdict: Is JobHire.ai Worth It in 2026?
Users report that JobHire.ai submits applications. Whether those applications produce useful interviews is the harder question.
It is an AI auto-apply web app marketed for US roles. You upload a resume and set targets, and software finds postings, fills in the forms and submits under your name.
The strongest case for trying it is a broad search with many acceptable openings. The weakest is a search where each application needs careful judgment. That is an editorial recommendation based on the available controls and reported problems, not a measured comparison of outcomes by profession.
- Product: a web app for US job applications, plus a separate Chrome autofill extension.
- US seller: EL AI Solutions LLC. The Terms name JOBHIRE AI LIMITED in Cyprus as the software owner and non-US seller.
- Pricing: disclosed after signup; public first-party statements disagree.
- Refund policy: cash for billing errors; conditional credit for no interviews or verified technical issues.
This review did not buy or test JobHire.ai. The October 9, 2026 check covers public documentation, pricing statements, 39 Trustpilot reviews read in full (the 20 most recent and the 20 most recent one-star reviews, with one overlap), two live Reddit posts, BBB records, the Florida filing, Chrome Web Store and G2. The TrustScore covers 1,030 reviews; the text analysis uses the smaller sample. User claims were not independently verified against application or payment records.
Treat JobHire.ai as a paid experiment whose match quality and billing terms need checking before renewal.
How JobHire.ai Works (and Whether a Human Is Involved)
JobHire's core service automates the applying, but you can choose to review matches first. Its documentation describes manual approval, a 24-hour approval window and fully automatic sending.
Pieced together from JobHire's homepage, FAQ and its own reviews page, the workflow runs like this:
- Quiz and signup. You answer onboarding questions and give an email. Only then does a price appear.
- Resume upload. The base plan has the AI reformat your resume once for applicant tracking systems. A paid add-on writes a tailored resume and cover letter for every application.
- Targets. Location, salary and title each get a 1 to 5 importance weight; JobHire says salary works as a hard floor.
- Strictness and approval. "Wide Search" sends roles scored 60% or higher, "Top Matches Only" requires 80%. You approve each match, let matches auto-send after 24 hours, or run fully automatic.
- Sending and tracking. JobHire says its AI scans more than 10 job boards and submits through a per-application relay email, so employer replies come back through JobHire, which forwards and sorts them. Each application keeps its match score, cover letter and resume version.
JobHire says complex support emails reach a person; some Trustpilot reviewers also discuss human resume help. The public materials reviewed do not establish that a staff member checks every auto-submitted application.
JobHire's web app can auto-submit or wait for approval. Its separate Chrome extension requires the user to submit.
JobHire.ai Pricing: Plans and Renewal Costs
JobHire's FAQ directs readers to pricing after signup. It names Standard, Pro and Extended without amounts. The public materials reviewed do not provide one consistent current price list.
The table below separates first-party statements from user-reported charges. All sources were checked October 9, 2026; none substitutes for a current checkout quote.
| Evidence type and dated source | Published price or reported charge | Limitation |
|---|---|---|
| First-party blog, updated September 6, 2026 | Basic $49/month; Enhanced $99/month; Enhanced 3-month $199 total | The post explicitly dates its pricing to June 2026. It advertises limits of 40 and 100 applications/day. |
| First-party company reply, August 12, 2026 | $5 for a three-day trial, then $99 for the plan plus $24 per add-on kept selected | The reply describes that customer's offer, not a universal plan list. |
| First-party blog, July 5, 2026 | $29 for one month; $69 for three months; $109 for six months | Conflicts with the other first-party plan figures. |
| First-party team page, August 12, 2026 page date | $5 three-day trial; no fully free tier | Does not give a complete renewal price. The page also displays a June 17 update label. |
| User report, September 16, 2026 | $171 charge after difficulty cancelling | A disputed individual charge, not an official price. JobHire's reply directs the user to its cancellation widget. |
Is JobHire.ai free?
- Three one-star Trustpilot reviews posted in July, August and September 2026 report $171 charges after trial or cancellation disputes.
- $99 plus three $24 add-ons equals $171. JobHire says the renewal price is shown before payment and add-ons are optional.
- Check both the initial payment and renewal total, and decline add-ons you do not want.
Compare the checkout's total, billing interval and add-ons with the dated first-party statements above. The public pages do not establish a single current price.
JobHire.ai Refund Policy and Cancellation
The published interview promise and the refund policy describe different remedies.
The policy says it applies to all subscribers and supersedes prior terms. It also says existing subscribers will be notified and agree by continuing to use the service after notice. That is JobHire's stated position, not a finding that every earlier buyer automatically lost an enforceable refund right.
The policy assesses those conditions at the time of the request. Renewal credit requires a request within 24 hours and a paused or unused search with no work performed in that renewed term. A separate technical-issue exception provides credit for verified disruption, requested within 15 days of the issue.
Cash refunds under Section 4 correct clearly erroneous charges, including duplicates, charges after confirmed cancellation and incorrect amounts. Funds can take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on the bank.
| First-party statement, checked October 9, 2026 | Remedy described |
|---|---|
| Team reviews page, displaying August 12, 2026 in its date line | Full subscription refund if there is no invitation in 15 days |
| July 5 comparison post | Full refund if no interview arrives in 15 days |
| July 17 Refund Policy | Conditional service credit for no invitations; cash for billing errors |
How to cancel JobHire.ai
This is general information, not legal advice. The policy describes JobHire's contractual remedies. Consumer protections may differ by location and circumstances; seek consumer-law advice for a disputed policy change or refund entitlement.
To: support@jobhire.ai Subject: Cancel subscription and billing error, [ACCOUNT EMAIL] Hello JobHire.AI support, Please cancel my subscription and confirm in writing that all future renewals are stopped. Account email: [ACCOUNT EMAIL] Payment email, if different: [PAYMENT EMAIL] I am also disputing a charge of $[AMOUNT] on [DATE], card ending [LAST 4 DIGITS]. Under Section 4 of your Refund Policy (Billing Errors), this charge [was made after my confirmed cancellation on [DATE] / is a duplicate / does not match the price shown at checkout]. Please refund it to my original payment method. Attached: [checkout screenshot / cancellation confirmation / statement line]. Thank you, [YOUR NAME]
JobHire's interview remedy is conditional credit under its July 17 policy. Cancellation prevents future renewals; it does not itself refund the period already paid.
Is JobHire.ai Legit? The Evidence
The public record confirms a business behind the product. It cannot settle every dispute about the product.
| Check | What the sources show (October 9, 2026) |
|---|---|
| Published terms | Terms of Use and Privacy Policy dated February 1, 2026; Refund Policy dated July 17, 2026 |
| Application activity | Trustpilot and Reddit users report applications sent, with both positive and negative outcomes |
| BBB | B+, not accredited; file opened August 5, 2026 |
| Conflicting public claims | FAQ says 15,000 jobseekers found jobs; homepage says 35,000+. The pages do not explain the differing totals or dates. |
| Dispute clause | Terms specify Cyprus law and courts, unless applicable consumer protection laws in the customer's jurisdiction require otherwise |
A registered seller and a working application service are evidence of an operating business, not a guarantee of results or fair handling of every charge.
JobHire.ai Reviews: Trustpilot, Reddit and BBB
An aggregate rating does not reveal how many users got interviews. Read the review text and the sample behind it.
What happy users say
The praise is about speed and volume: easy setup, applications going out overnight, invitations within days.
"I received three interview invites in less than two weeks with JobHire."
Trustpilot reviewer, September 2026 (review)
What unhappy users say
The negative sample shows four recurring concerns. These are customer reports, not independently verified findings.
and "no" I am not legal to work in the U.S.
Trustpilot reviewer, August 2026 (review)
That reviewer also praises the application volume but says degree and location answers were wrong. A second August review reports a work-authorization error. JobHire's reply to the latter says it cannot check the case without the account email and offers a settings review.
"I was charged $171 because their system would not allow me to cancel before the deadline."
Trustpilot reviewer, September 2026 (review)
"I paid 47 bucks and they DO NOT do refunds. only credits."
Trustpilot reviewer, August 2026 (review)
JobHire does answer. Trustpilot reports replies to 48% of negative reviews, typically within 48 hours. Its team page describes reminder emails, in-app cancellation and stored application documents as fixes. Those are company statements; the later complaints show that some users still report problems.
Reviews describe both success and problems. Invitation labels and small samples need context; neither proves an individual review true or false.
Does JobHire.ai Work? The Numbers
JobHire's homepage promises an interview in 15 days. Its public performance figures do not establish that an individual buyer will get one by that deadline.
These measure different things: invitations across applications versus applications before a user's first invitation. The pages do not provide enough cohort, time-period or sample detail to combine them into one consistent benchmark. Neither figure was independently audited for this review, and dividing 91 by an advertised daily application limit would not predict your wait.
There is also a practical trade-off. Manual approval and a narrow geographic search can help you inspect fit, but do not meet the policy's interview-credit conditions. The policy calls its required search mode Fast Track, while other pages use Wide Search and Top Matches Only. Ask support which current setting qualifies; do not assume the labels are interchangeable.
JobHire publishes interview figures, but the available data does not establish a reliable customer success rate or a personal interview timeline. Judge a paid test by application quality and actual employer responses.
JobHire.ai Risks: Data, Accuracy and Platform Rules
Your data
- Application sharing. Terms section 2.4 says uploaded personal data is not redacted when disclosed to third parties for applications.
- Storage and training. Section 2.2 permits storing inputs and outputs for the service and, where law permits, model improvement. The Privacy Policy says training data is de-identified or aggregated when feasible and appropriate, and certain uses may be limited through settings or support.
- Location and verification. Data may be stored in the US, Cyprus and other countries. JobHire may request government-issued ID for identity or fraud checks.
- Public visibility. The Privacy Policy says resumes are private by default; public profile or resume sharing requires an explicit opt-in. Disabling it can remove the public copy, but JobHire does not control third-party caches.
Your accuracy
Terms section 5.2 assigns responsibility for software results to the user. The wrong-answer reports above are a reason to check what goes out under your name. Section 5.4 also preserves liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud; the terms do not erase every consumer remedy.
Platform rules
- Use authorized connection methods and check the permissions before granting account access.
- Remove unnecessary sensitive information from application documents, such as ID numbers and a full home address.
- Inspect submitted documents and form answers, and watch for duplicate applications.
- Export your application history and ask how long employer replies will be forwarded after cancellation.
JobHire describes privacy controls, but applications still share personal information and can carry wrong answers. Review permissions, documents and submitted fields before increasing automation.
Who JobHire.ai Is For (and Who Should Skip It)
- Identifiable US seller with published, dated terms
- Automated applications, with advertised plan limits of 40 or 100 a day
- Controls for match threshold, salary floor, location weight and manual approval
- Keeps the resume and cover letter sent with each application
- Separate Chrome autofill option lets the user review and submit
- Checkout pricing requires signup; published plan figures conflict
- July 17 policy offers conditional interview credit and cash for billing errors, subject to consumer rights
- A company reply describes $24 add-ons that increase the renewal total
- Users report irrelevant, duplicate and wrongly answered applications
- US roles only; personal-data sharing and possible model training
- Are searching broadly in the US and can accept many similar roles and locations.
- Will review matches and spot-check sent applications regularly.
- Can afford the quoted fee without depending on a cash refund for no interviews.
- Need precise fit for a niche, senior, licensed or highly specialized role. Manual applications give you direct control over that judgment.
- Need careful answers on visa or work-authorization questions.
- Cannot afford a non-refundable charge, or are searching outside the US.
- Want to stop checking applications entirely. The reported form errors make that a poor choice.
JobHire.ai Alternatives
If the refund terms are the deal-breaker, compare refund policies before features. The options split by who actually submits the application.
| Option | Who submits | Typical cost model | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Other AI auto-apply tools | Software | Monthly subscription | Broad searches, after checking controls and terms |
| Autofill browser extensions | You, with forms prefilled | Free or freemium | Targeted applications where you check every field |
| Reverse recruiters and managed application services | A person working for you | Monthly fee or fixed package | People who want human judgment on fit |
| Targeted DIY applications with AI writing help | You | Free to low | Niche, senior and licensed roles |

- Human help: start with what a reverse recruiter is, then check whether a reverse recruiter is worth the cost.
- Applications you review yourself: use the guides to tailoring your resume for each job and ChatGPT resume prompts for a targeted workflow.
Before choosing any paid job-search tool, check what happens to your money if you get zero interviews, which settings qualify, and when you must ask. Cash, credit and no remedy are different offers.
- 01An identifiable service, with mixed user reports and conflicting first-party prices.
- 02October 9, 2026: Trustpilot 4.1 from 1,030 reviews; BBB B+.
- 03July 17 policy: conditional interview credit, cash for billing errors, subject to consumer rights.
- 04Published interview figures do not establish an individual success rate or timeline.
- 05Check renewal totals and early applications. Manual approval is ineligible for interview-related credit.
Is JobHire.ai legit?
Its US seller, EL AI Solutions LLC, is active in Florida. Its Terms name JOBHIRE AI LIMITED in Cyprus as the software owner. That establishes an identifiable business, not a guarantee of results or fair handling of every dispute.
Is JobHire.ai a scam?
This review makes no definitive fraud finding. Users report applications and interviews alongside disputed charges and service problems. Business registration alone cannot settle those complaints.
Is JobHire.ai free?
Applications are paid. JobHire says profile setup and seeing matches are free. Its FAQ says no free trial; its team page describes a paid $5 three-day trial with automatic renewal.
How much does JobHire.ai cost?
An August company reply describes a $5 trial renewing at $99 plus $24 per selected add-on. A September-updated post lists $49/$99 monthly and $199 for three months, using June prices. The statements conflict; current checkout pricing was not verified.
Does JobHire.ai work?
Some users report interviews; others report irrelevant applications or no invitations. JobHire's 3% to 4% interview rates and 91-application average measure different things and do not predict an individual result.
Is JobHire.ai safe?
Security was not audited. JobHire says resumes are private by default, but application data goes to third parties and inputs may support model improvement where law permits. Check privacy controls, permissions and submitted answers.
Can I get a refund from JobHire.ai?
Its July 17 policy provides cash for billing errors. No interviews may qualify an initial purchase for two weeks of service credit, requested between days 15 and 30 under seven conditions. Consumer law may provide additional rights.
How do I cancel JobHire.ai?
Use My Profile, Subscription, Cancel subscription; the support widget's Unsubscribe option; or support@jobhire.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals, normally preserving access through the paid period. Keep written confirmation. Pausing is different.
Does JobHire.ai have an F rating with the BBB?
As of October 9, 2026, BBB shows B+, no accreditation and one complaint; its file opened August 5, 2026. That does not establish what any earlier profile displayed.
